Phoenix Zoo

On Saturday afternoon we took the girls to the zoo.

There is a new exhibit called the Kamodo Dragon.

I thought is was extra fun since we rode our bikes.

Maddie had a blast riding her bike all over the zoo.

Since it rained today it wasn't as hot as usual.

The girls love to play house inside the playhouse.

I thought this was a cute picture!

Only one more week before school starts!

Madison loves to go to the zoo and play in the little stream.

Maddie loves her grandpa!

Grandma loves to spend time with Maddie.

Riding bikes is great way to visit the Phoenix Zoo!!

North Carolina!

The girls had a wonderful time visiting Uncle Mike in North Carolina!

While in North Carolina we visited a fabulous park near Sailsbury.
I thought these geese were adorable crossing the path.

Maddie loves her adorable cousin, Sadie!

We were so lucky to be able to celebrate her second birthday.

The girls had fun decorating the front porch with chalk drawings.

Madison shows some of her favorite artwork.

Thanks Michael and Emily for the fabulous time at your home!
We always have a wonderful time when we visit with you!

Sadie clapped her hands when we started singing "Happy Birthday".

Sadie had fun opening her presents.

What's in the big bag?

Oh, WOW a big lion that ROARS!

Sadie loves to read books!!

Grandma adores her beautiful granddaughter, SADIE Pearl!

We love to go on walks in beautiful North Carolina!

Sadie is practicing her hair teasing skills on Aunt Stacey!

We act out the Three Little Pigs in Sadie's little playhouse.

Little Pig, Little Pig let me come in!

The spiderweb was a favorite for all!

The girls had a blast playing at the park in Sailsbury.

Maddie enjoyed being the engineer on the train.

We had fun at the petting zoo!

And riding on the train!

We enjoyed having a picnic next to the lake.

We think this would be a great place for a family reunion!

There were paddle boats that we thought would be fun to ride.

The girls enjoyed feeding the geese too!

Marvel Cave and Silver Dollar City

We decided our trip to Branson, Missouri would not
be complete without a visit to Silver Dollar City.

Our first destination was Marvel Cave.
This picture was taken in the Cathedral room.

Marvel Cave earlier known as Marble Cave began tours in 1894.

A hot air balloon was used during the grand opening inside the cave.

It was nice and cool inside the cave.

We went through several narrow passage ways.

It was an experince that we will never forget.

Marvel Cave was beautiful and an amazing experience.

Everyone had fun at the Silver Dollar City.

The river rafting ride was my favorite ride.

The flowers and plants were gorgeous too.

After a full day it is time to leave the park and catch our flight.
